Hiyoko Saionji
Canonpoint: Episode 10 of the Zetsubou-hen anime, as her class is stuck watching an execution.
Age: 17ish
Wish: "Please... I don't want to see this! Make it stop!"
Result: The result of her wish is that Nanami survives, but she is pulled into Junko's plan and becomes SHSL Despair along with the rest of her class. Hiyoko Saionji is no longer a part of that world.
Weapon: An iron Tessen (Japanese War Fan), complete with bladed spokes. It's also pink!

» Altered Perception: When Hiyoko is in distress, and doesn't want to see something or is trying to reject the reality in front of her, her perception of whatever is causing her stress will transform into something that appears to be less dangerous. A ferocious bear charging at her would, in her eyes, become a teddy bear approaching for a hug. This does not physically change what it really is; the bear in question would still be a very real danger, capable of causing very real harm. In addition, this power does not affect those around Hiyoko, and is not something that Hiyoko can control.
» Time Stop: For a period of 10 seconds, Hiyoko is able to stop a single living being within 10 feet of her, as long as she is facing them; she can't stop something coming up behind her, and anything larger than 7 feet will be immune to the effects. Mechanical beasts are also unaffected. Time will essentially stop ticking for them, keeping them frozen in place and unaware of anything happening around them, while anyone else is free to attack or protect them. There is a 5 minute cooldown.
